How do I Upgrade/Downgrade my account?

If you no longer have credits on your balance and want to upgrade, or you want to downgrade your account, you can do so by following the following steps:

Step 1: Go to “My Stuff” in your menu
Step 2: Click on “Subscriptions”
Step 3: Look at the Active status, and click View
Step 4: Click on the button: Upgrade or Downgrade
