Why I don’t see the download button?

Help, I don’t see the download button when I’m logged in!

We would like to introduce you to Loopsbox and what we have to offer. Let’s see what the problems could be.

  1. Have you taken out an active subscription, and you can see in your Dashboard that you have enough LB Credits on the balance. We offer a support service for you. Please clearly indicate the problem so that we can quickly help you with your problem.
  2. I had an active subscription, but my payment term has expired, I see LB Credits on the balance, but the download button is not present on the pages. Renew the subscription by going to the plan page to become an active user on Loopsbox again.
