How I cancel my subscription?

If you have an active subscription and you want to cancel or pause it, you can do so by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to ”My Stuff” in your menu
Step 2: Click on ”Subscriptions”
Step 3: Look at the Active status, and click View
Step 4: Click on Cancel or Pause here

You retain access to our services until the end of the payment term.
